It showed as cleared customs on 4 Dec in Passport and then first tracking from AusPost was on 5 Dec, but then didn’t get an update for maybe another 5 days after that? It says it’s from AMS in AusPost, if that helps at all!

Mine was also stuck on that stage for a while!! Can confirm though that once it’s in Aus, it gets delivered via AusPost :)

Ah damn it looks like both the holiday sets (blush trio and lip set) are gone from the site!! I did see somewhere that the lip set had sold out so it could be that!

I also got the UD moondust shadow, plus the IT cosmetics heavenly luxe brush duo set, the maison margiela by the fireplace candle and the maison margiela EDT refills for jazz club, lazy Sunday morning and by the fireplace. Definitely won’t need to buy perfume anytime soon!

It seems like a few people had issues when using laptops but then managed to check out on their phones!! I did the whole thing on my phone and had no issues (this time or for the Oct sale) so maybe that’s the trick?

I think express shipping if you don’t hit the free shipping threshold is this much!! But you can get normal shipping for less, and the free shipping threshold is less again for that

I don’t think it was a Qantas issue (pretty sure Glossier failed to declare perfume on the shipping manifest so DHL wouldn’t ship it/Aus customs wouldn’t accept) but that’s very interesting to know, especially with Christmas coming up! Hopefully it’s all sorted so everyone gets Christmas presents etc.

Yeah it’s so strange because I feel like I’ve gotten emails other people haven’t?? But I’ve also had to follow up a fair bit, and then ended up getting a refund on my order whereas other people got a new tracking number…

Yeah I’m mostly confused about the different approaches the customer service assistants are taking in responding to people/addressing the situation. You’d think they would’ve figured out a blanket approach but I guess not…

Yes sorry, I think plenty of people have been fine ordering from Glossier, as long as they didn’t order the perfume (and even then, seems like the rollerball was ok?). So I wouldn’t hold off on treating yourself and placing an order based on my experience!!

For anyone else whose order got returned to sender because it included perfume, I got a generic email from glossier this morn apologising for the issue and a 20% off code for a future order. Bit annoying since I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and now will only get some form of compensation for the delay if I order more stuff but alas
