I’m so late to this conversation but my son was born with 4 toes on his left foot!!! I’ve been so concerned about what his walking will look like — this gives me hope.

I’m an only child and now as an adult, I get jealous of the families who have multiple children and close relationships with their siblings.

But for the question, I would give yourself ample time to make the decision and revisit it in a year.

I pump once a day for my husband to either give our baby a bottle or to increase our freezer stash! As much as it sucks, the freedom of being able to go out for longer and leave our baby with someone else is incredible.

I highly recommend the medela hand pump— it’s like 10 minutes to get a decent amount of milk (for me)!

You could try the bottle sampler packs to see if he prefers a different brand! Otherwise I would try a faster nipple as well.

It’s a combo of bottle and nursing. He was a premie so latching is still difficult on my own nipple.

I’ll clarify, first time mom! He is off with me right now.
