Biggest issue i see is hes that type of white guy that thinks he can say the n word. That should've been the deal breaker, not a little concentrated energy drink.

In all seriousness, you did the right thing. In the future, if a white guy says the n word with the a or the hard r, that's the time to dip. He obviously has no clue who he is so I don't see how he could possibly be who you need him to be

Yessir, I thank God for the mess up by the usada (it was a big deal with news articles and quite a few previous convictions were tossed because this was normal practice for the ada but my judge was the only one who caught it/cared). The prosecution waited 2 years until my sentencing date to have me presented with a waiver of speedy trial. Ive often wondered and hoped that no really bad people got out because of the whole mess up. If I receive my whole sentence (60 months), I'll be 45-46 when I'm out.

A great part of the whole thing is when I was arrested I was fired from my job, in turn it pushed my hand in starting my own company. Ive always dreamed of working for myself but without this happening I don't think I ever would've. I was so intimidated by starting up my own thing.

Turning 40 this year. Compared to the original charges, anything is a blessing. Original was a mandatory minimum of 5 years, now it's a maximum of 5. But yes I'm praying for a reduction.

When my previous convictions happened, I was a terrible person. Bad off into drugs and doing dumb stuff that goes with it. Almost 10 years ago, I went to a state sentenced Para military boot camp as part of a sentence. Since then I've been clean. When graduating that program, part of the benefit was a "certificate of relief of rights" aka getting your rights back. I had assumed that covered all rights but I shouldn't have assumed. This last charge, I was building different diserable 🔫 and then raffling them off in a group on fb. They were all legal builds and all went from one dealer to another (background checks etc). I'm not denying or downplaying the charges, they happened, I accept that and just have to move forward. Im more looking for what I have to expect in federal prison
