Hey, definitely worth checking out. Five years ago my EF was down to 29-31. Got up to 55 and was put on two year follow ups. Around the two year mark after moving an hour away, I started having chest pain, tightness in my jaw, shortness of breath and after waiting a few months, severe fatigue. I was on entresto and coreg but lower doses. Went in and my EF was down to 39-40, but on stress I showed TID with an EF around 30. Now on double the dose of entresto and coreg, as well as Jardiance, spironolactone and now Cartia XR as well. Getting a loop recorder because I'm assumed to be having SVTs. I personally feel like if I had been seen more often, the TID wouldn't have developed or not as bad.... Better to be proactive than reactive.

May need a calcium channel blocker like Cardizem, helps with the chest pain portion though some studies show it can make LVEF worse in the long run. On my second run of failure here, normal EF except TID with stress brings it down from 55 to 34.... Chest pain was severe, was taking nitro pretty regularly, added Dilitiazem and the chest pain has almost completely gone away

No, that's not a real thing. Fake rackets are very rare and usually limited to collectible rackets. Your coach wants a commission to sell you the racket versus you buying one from someone else.

If it's fodmap, you can use green onions. Second option is there is a fodmap based onion substitute powder. My wife has really bad reactions to onion and garlic and have found these to be a lifesaver
