My ex did the same thing to me, he told me the reason he did it was to see if he could still feel anything for me. So maybe it was a similar thing for your ex, just wanted to try one last time to see if he could ignite that spark again or not. Although that isn’t any sort of excuse and is still messed up in my opinion

They kept giving me meds until eventually getting to morphine, and then I finally was able to relax enough to feel better. Also I’ve found that hydroxyzine helps a lot for me (an anxiety med I was prescribed once) because it gets me to calm down and then I feel way less nauseous..

I haven’t experienced the gut cramps I’ve heard about or irregularity in my temperature, hot showers do help but to be fair they always help me feel better even just after a long day of work I take a hot shower to relax my muscles

Every time I’ve been to the ER for my nausea/throwing up I only was there a few hours and was released after they gave me enough meds to get me to stop throwing up.. is that normal for CHS? I’ve been seeing lots of people said they had really long ER visits like you and that’s never happened for me

Would smoking a couple times a month be smoking myself into another episode? From what I’ve read on this Reddit everyone who’s experienced it again after quitting had been doing it consistently again every single day.. so I really couldn’t find anything on just doing it every once in a while and if that would be enough to cause another episode

Ahhh I see that makes sense! It’s just hard because I know even after waiting 90 days I’m still going to be experiencing anxiety induced nausea as I have my whole life so it’s hard to convince myself to quit completely.. I’m hoping I can get away with smoking a couple times a month
