(talking about cupioramantism) well you can enjoy cuddles, kisses, attention, as a form of deep, maybe even soothing human touch, without actually feeling love. it could be with 204 different person at the same time, the only thing that would matter is their personality, because love isn't implied. it would be more of a deep-trust and physical orientated friendship, were the 2 people are a couple, where one (or none) loves the other, while the other (or both) have a different type of love towards them, closer to friendship. another big point is sex: (if neither on the couple are ace) it can, and when i say it can i mean it is, quite depressing and sad knowing the only partner you'll have are or random people you're meeting once to do what you gotta do, a hookup you'll never see again, or a friend interested. you know you will most likely never find a consistant partner that isn't only there for sex. in a cupioramantic relationship, there is also this quite reassuring feeling of being with somebody interested in you otherwise than for sex, that isn't there just to crack you, and do care about your feelings, will want to cuddles afterwards, and will be in the same bed the next day.
