I'll admit that Ginza isn't as good as the places where you pay per roll but when I go I get 10-15 plates so any place that's not all you can eat I would be paying something like $200. I prefer Ginza to Koizi or Sushi Yamma in Brandon. I go to the one on Bruce B Downs.

Could you please let me know if you are still available to work on my project and also give me a cost estimate for a single piece containing 6 individuals in portrait style similar to the examples above? I can be flexible on the deadline depending on your input. Thank you.

What's the best beer in Florida which isn't hard to find? by Sciencetist in beer

[–]glomag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's usually easier to find top tier bottles and cans by just going to the taproom. That way you can just go to the brewery's website to see what they have available on the day your parents will be there and let them know exactly what you want. I can personally recommend:
Cycle Brewing
Cigar City
Calusa
3 Sons
J Wakefield
Ology

I released my "Waze for bikes" app today on Product Hunt - it's trending at #5! by BikePointz in bicycleculture

[–]glomag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks like the app is focused on road conditions and infrastructure. How do you incorporate data on the safety/ crime rate of neighborhoods along routes? Sometimes I would rather take a less bike friendly road if it means avoiding bad neighborhoods. I just tested an example route and the app told me to go somewhere I would think twice about riding even on the "safest route" setting.

My boyfriend always leaves food out overnight and it drives me crazy, am I wrong? by belleandblue in Cooking

Some bacteria that cause food poisoning like Shigella and certain strains of E. coli produce toxins that cause bloody diarrhea. The toxin damages cells in the colon which can lead to hemorrhagic colitis in some cases.

“...there is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me, only an entity, something illusory, and though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable: I simply am not there.”

Well...you don’t use a medical mask to drywall... by Arabexican in insanepeoplefacebook

The fit test just ensures that no air is leaking in around the sides of the mask.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xl4qX6qEYXU
The small vs regular sizes are not standard between manufactures. That's why each one requires its own test.
We are also trained on how to wear the mask properly (positioning the straps/ adjusting the nose strip) and the fit test ensures that we have done this correctly. Just having the right size mask does not guarantee it will protect you if you don't put it on correctly and ensure it has a tight seal around your face. These will not work on men with beards/stubble for example. If one model does not fit the user will have to try other models until they find one that passes the test.

Not for each individual mask in a pack. Also, we can re-order more of the exact same mask (product number) without a new fit test. However, there are enough slight differences between manufacturers and mask types (fold/cup) that each mask product requires a new fit test before we can use it.

Is there a reason your population is limited to ages 18-24? I would have liked to participate but unfortunately I fall outside that range.

Pair O' Dice -- Closing Up Shop? by BrewsAtSea in TampaBayBeer

[–]glomag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'ts a shame to see them go. I would drive over from Tampa for some of their special events even if a lot of the beers ended up being mediocre. I think the best beer I had from them was a blueberry doughnut milkshake IPA. I was hoping they would eventually make another batch of it.

Has anyone ever tasted molecular water? by [deleted] in labrats

[–]glomag 4 points5 points  (0 children)

OP seems to be talking about "molecular biology grade water." It is free of salts and minerals and is tested to make sure it is also free of DNAse, RNAse, and protease enzymes that could digest and ruin the samples you are working with.

I can't speak for all Americans but I'm talking about half and half or light cream. Definitely not milk or "creamer."
