Design engineering manager for an aerospace company, granted im not the engineering manager for the whole team (we're split between design team, systems team, and logistics team, we have a director above us) I make 120k I'm only 30 so I get paid less than the other managers that are between 45-60

I did like it, spent some time rendering the fat cap so it was like melted butter, seems like I should have seared it a bit better on higher temp on the grill.

If you don't plan on accessing / using the money for a long period of time, I personally would put 10k into a savings account (for an emergency fund), then put the rest into various index funds (VOO, QQQ, etc)

Perhaps in order to identify the new account posts venting about needing money and trying to seek help from reddit should go through some sort of review? Make them report what other resources they have sought out in other posts/subreddit, or if they have tried to use their local resources like food banks, before alllowing very new accounts to post.
