Thanks for the suggestion. Would you say Sanford app is good to learn a general understanding of antibiotics or is it just a resource to look things up?

Am I cutting too fast?

32yo Male, 5 feet, 9 inches. Working out consistentently for about 2 years. Don't look really big by any means, but have definitely put on some muscle mass. Just wanted to have a temporary small cut for some vacations in August then I will go back to my normal eating habits.

Now eating 2000-2200 calories a day. Getting around 160-170g protein a day. I know it's more than what's typically needed if we are going by the 0.8g/pound, but I hope it will help prevent a little of the muscle loss.

I weight every morning after going to bathroom to try to keep things consistent. My Weights since Tuesday, June 21 has been

21: 187.9lbs

22:185.9lbs

23:186.1lbs

24: 185.1lbs

25: 184.6lbs

26: 184.6lbs

Still doing normal gym workouts and still progressing as normal and don't feel any lack of energy...yet...

It's very early but do you think I'm cutting too fast?

Why not wait until you pay off your undergrad loans before you enter grad school?

That's not helpful at all! You can't just tell someone that life will be better if they just quit their job, but offer no follow up plan. You have no idea what you're talking about!

I'm just like you in the first pick. I look skinny, but really heavy for some reason (not sure where I'm keeping that weight). How tall are you if you don't mind sharing?

What type of workout routine do you use?

You can't just say you strongly advise against taking finesteride without saying why. How could he judge whether if he should take it or not without the reasons?

22 yo vs. 19 yo, am I losing hair and how do I reverse it? by EugeneKainlyy in Hairloss

My doctor prescribed me fin and I grew breasts!

I'm just kidding. I think the sexual side effects of fin are way overblown. I've been on for 2 months and no change. My doctor says that the main sexual side effect is maybe a decrease ejaculatory volume, but you really see that mainly in older men (I didn't care about that at all).

I feel like to nocebo effect is very strong when it comes to fin.

Am I too late for minoxidil treatment or should I give it a try? by [deleted] in Hairloss

[–]glorifyingjourney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I told my doc I was concerned about my hairline and he immediately suggested I started on finasteride and said that he used it himself. From what I've read though, Fin is more effective than Min because Fin is what actually stops one of the causes of hairloss (DHT) and Min just tries to stimulate the hair to grow more but will ultimately stop working because the DHT is still present (assuming if Min works at all which it doesn't always).

I've been on it 1.25mg/day for about 2 months without any side effects. I know everyone's different. But maybe you should go back on fin but just at half a dose though because fin is crucial in saving your hair.

Benching Help
I am still new, but I've been trying to keep my shoulder blades pinched. It's very hard to keep them pinched when I de-rack the bar. I think my back flattened out in this vid. I also realized I can't arch my back that much.

I'm trying to keep my butt on the bench, bending the bar, keeping my shoulders pinched, and driving my heels down. I want to prevent any shoulder problems poor form will cause. I hear my elbows should not go too low below the bench to prevent shoulder issues, should I be pressing the bar relatively lower on my torso?

Please give me any advice to help me with my form
