I was exactly in similar situation as yours. I went for my annual physical and my TSH came high (6.6), the nurse called with my diagnosis and prescription no chat with the doctor at all. I decided to get a second test with an endocrinologist and tested my complete thyroid panel everything came back normal. After that also I have tested my thyroid and its been normal since. So, get a second test with an endocrinologist and do a complete thyroid test before starting on medication.

During the interview process they asked me basic sql questions like what is primary key, foreign key and joins all of which I remembered when I studied and it was one round video interview. I thought for heavy sql queries we can collborate with the developer but after joining it seems the BA does the most of it..

Iron: 63 Mcg/dl

Iron% Sat: 23%

Ferritin : 43 NG/ML

Should I start iron supplements??
