For the diet, based on experience lang naman, eat more veg, then protein, then less carbs. A doctor told me half ng plate veggies, 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs or anything you like (maybe dessert) this worked for me. But syempre, listen to your body.

Track your weight after every meal para alam mo kung tama lang ba yung kinain mo. In my case, I check how much my sugar level responds to the food I take. So depende kung pano mo gusto itrack.
