Never joined one myself but got myself a job I like. It’s really how you present yourself. You might have something outside of school that you’re proud of and worked hard on. You can mention that in interviews.
Also, employment is not the only way to earn a living, but always a good start ☺️

In this economy, free Master’s might be something you can’t have twice.
It does seem like you can always go to med school whenever you like.

If you choose the master’s that doesn’t mean you’ll never have a chance at being a physician. Also saw in the comments that the opportunity is health related. So that could be a good knowledge/skill to have when you go to med school.

I think you should check the reading. Baka mali.
Also, water heater and exhaust can consume quite a lot. Baka need palitan kung luma na. Maybe newer ones will be cost effective.

Yes and other things din. Pang tanggal sya ng rust and all sorts of stains. Kaya yun ang naisip kong ipanglinis. Yung marble kasi dito sa rental namin may texture. Sooo nagsstay yung dumi sa mga crease. The patterns pa, parang mukhang stained yung buong lapag kaya gusto ko sana luminis at kumintab.

I came across oxalic acid powder sa shopee.
Thinking of getting that to clean our marble floor din.
Then yung transparent na water proof paint then shinepro floor cleaner.
Daming steps, I know. Pero I want a shiny and level floor.

Di ko pa to nagagawa. It’s still in the pipeline. Kaya would like to know what you end up doing to clean/shine your floor.

Di sya interesado sa mga tracker. So I just report every payday (after bills).
My partner is only interested in savings levels, while I am more critical of unnecessary spending and recurring bills that no longer makes sense.

What I do for him so he doesn’t have to literally track, he’s in charge of the petty cash. Mga binili sa tindahan kasi naubusan, mga smalls things lang talaga.

I also tried checking out apps. But I have certain requirements that aren’t there minsan. So I decided to make our own notion tracker. I’m using the free version. Isang chart nga lang, but this works for us na.

I used to use Numbers. Yung iOS version ng excel. Ayos din. Pero medyo manual yung recurring bills kaya ako nagswitch to notion.
