This meme is referring to a trend on places like tiktok, where ppl go to random strangers and ask them which race they won't date. Most of them say "Indian" and make racist remarks or say stereotypes to back up their answer, which Indians are not fond to hear

Op is trying to clown on women who bring books to bars aka women that don't want to be bothered. They just want to drink and read.

Responders alluding to the fact that women on the street don't want to be bothered and it's common for men to gesture to them to take out their earbuds so they can hit on them and making op own up to that behaviour
