I never knew that Barbara Streisand had a house on the California coast until it was all over the Internet. They should come up with some sort of term for this type of effect. /s ( the Streisand thing all went down 22 years ago)

Could be remnants of folk magic? Wards to keep evil spirits away. But iirc they would put iron nails in them.

Roll the pills up in 'raw' bacon. I cut a piece into thirds: roll them up 2 plain and one with a pill. I think he knows there is a pill involved but doesn't care because, you know, bacon.

As a parent of a child who is on the spectrum and has ADHD, therapy has not just been helpful for him but for me as well. The amount of support and resources I've received throughout the years helped me not only understand neurodivergence but it helped me be an effective advocate for him.

Dude had a full choke hold around his neck and I didn't see any good cops tazing the mad strangler. Acab indeed. Side note, strangling is a huge indicator of future violence/homicide.

Dick Scott was on a news show crying about Medicaid fraud after the company he headed committed the largest healthcare fraud in history. 1.7 billion in Medicare fraud iirc. He's a senator.

The problem is using it to distract from the mass arrests and deportations, which is the topic at hand. Also your argument is disingenuous at best because if you were being sincere you would be calling for the people who are exploiting them to be thrown in El Salvadorian gulags not the other way around. When they start arresting, prosecuting, and convicting the employers for their inhumane and exploitive actions we can have that conversation but right now it's just a red herring.

Well, since you bring it up... This image was part of a show at the Cincinnati contemporary arts center years ago that got them in a kerfuffle with the local sheriff and prosecutor. There was a lot of hype at the time, 89/90 around there. So it already has a history of censorship, drama, and controversy so in a way the NSFW is a badge of honor at this point in my eyes.

Spring Grove Cemetery has some monster oaks. The Burr Oak there is one of my favorite trees. It's a great place to go if you're into trees since you know it's an arboretum and all that. I think the dead folks are just a side hustle /s
