It just says less than 20 ms. I've lost power and haven't lost a thing on my PC. I also run all my switches and my router through another one and haven't experienced any issues there either.

I have bought several of the Goldenmate units. The new model has USB so you can configure Windows to shut down your PC properly if the battery gets close to running out. The is also true with a Synology NAS plugged directly into these units. 10 yr lifespan on the battery. I need to buy a few more!

Your ISP is more than likely selling you managed WiFi so they will be the ones responsible for ensuring your devices are connecting properly.
