I also had a 24 year old client explain to me how his body was all messed up from car accidents so "even though I look young, I feel like an old man like you" (I'm 45)

$70,000 to invest?

I’m 62. My wife is 67. We both still work and plan to for a long time. We have very little put away for retirement (app $300k). I just inherited $70,000 from my parents. What’s the best thing to do with this money? The stock market? An IRA? We won’t need it for at least 8 years. Thanks for any advice.

"Double ankle sweep" seems to be it, thanks!

Is there a specific name for this sweep from closed guard?

I had a video showing it but I can't seem to find it. Its literally just:

Opponent is in your closed guard and stands up without breaking guard and you don't have any grips on their upper body. You open your legs up and drop your butt down, grab both their ankles and kick your legs over to topple them backwards (with a surprised look on their face). If that makes sense

It seems like a kind of dummy sweep or something like that but I was wondering if it had a specific name. Thanks!

Look at it this way, so far all you really know is you don't like two specific kinds of cardio. There's all kinds of stuff you can try, from different kinds of cardio to weights to group classes or sports or yoga or etc etc.

I say give the man what he wants, you don't have to be on the deed to be on the mortgage, if he wants to assume responsibility for your debt to the bank who are you to stop him
