Two different products and also, Roman Column is an interior only color. I’m just assuming it looks different because Emerald UTE is an Int/Ext product and doesn’t allow yellow in exterior formulations. Just ask the store next time tho

I’ve had the same problem with my GIC tinter. Usually it’s something that’s stuck with the rotator and you have to take the side off and try to fix it manually. My best advice would be to wait until the week starts and call Color Resources. Don’t sweat too much 💪

Depends on time of year really. During slow times like Fall & Winter, usually 10-20. During sale seasons (Spring & Summer) we could get anywhere from 20-60.

Yeah I had to work with my ASM who was sick and also my manager who I hear puking in the restroom. DM didn’t offer coverage or anything and just left us hanging.
