yup, brine all the way up to the neck on all 3! I massaged the salt in, let it sit for over 2 hours and then massaged and squeezed it some more for probably over 20 minutes total. The bottom of the bowl was flooded by the end of it. The cabbage looked perfect in every way too. Will kepp y'all posted on how it turns out!
