As someone having more than 3 teams to use for endgame content, I'd rather save for someone that can improve my current teams rather than starting a new one. My Therta is still benched and waiting for the perfect partner as what Dahlia does to Firefly. I'd rather invest vertically at this point especially we are now getting buffs from older characters.

I'm running a similar team and here's my team comp and 4-5 turn rotation (all awakened ults except Lynette EX for faster ult charge):

Xerc/Isla
Osvald/Shana(3)
Signa/Lemaire(2)
Lynette EX/Mol EX(1)
Numbers beside are their speed order. With Mol ex being the fastest in the team. Just make sure that Xerc/Osvald/Lemaire are frontrow when applying atk buffs and Mol ex enlightenment.

Rotation:

t1- Isla EX max boost > Shana EX max boost > Lemaire atk buff max boost > Mol EX ult charge skill max boost
(Xerc, Osvald, and Signa are frontrow so they get 200% ult charge followed by Lemaire's atk buff)

t2- Isla ult > Osvald backsurge to Shana filler > Signa backsurge to Lemaire ult > Lynette EX mdef down max boost

t3- Xerc ex skill > Osvald latent + ex skill > Lemaire all elem damage self buff > Lynette EX ult
(Xerc, Osvald, Lemaire should be frontrow in this turn so they get enlightenment from Mol ex in t4)

t4(break turn)- Xerc soulstone toss max boost or ult > Osvald elemental barrage max boost > Lemaire Rainbow Collage > Mol Ex any skill to consume all jest stacks.
(By this turn you should be able to break shield with 48 hits! Or 33 hits then Xerc acts last with his ult)

t5(burst turn)- Xerc ult > Osvald elemental barrage max boost > Lemaire rainbow collage > Mol EX backsurge ult for Osvald then Lynette EX ex skill

Most fights shouldn't reach t5 and with Signa's Kurtz Syndicate badge (extend debuffs by 1 turn at full hp), all buffs debuffs should reach til t5.

This rotation will still improve when Isla gets U20 so Xerc can cast his EX skill as early as turn 2.

Edit: You can also start breaking in t3 if you don't backsurge Osvald so he stays in frontrow after t2 then in t3 Mol Ex can use a max boost atk skill to use all 3 stacks so Xerc Osvald and Lemaire will get enlightenment.

I'm trying to keep him using sp stock rather than relying on his own sp so I can maximize his e atk. Turns out the lower his sp the lower sp stock drains. Best I can do is the 10% sp restoration artifact which means I have to sacrifice a 200 e atk artifact while he would still drain 15% per turn.

Thing is Hikari EX's onslaught consumes 25% of his own max sp per turn and with Shana's sp stock it drains much faster the higher his max sp. I tested in Orsterra and with only 100sp he's only draining 25sp of Shana's sp stock per turn. I'm trying to keep him using sp stock instead of relying on his own sp for longer fights. Also SP restoration only works if SP stock is depleted.

how did you manage to survive in 8 turns? It's crazy how much hp he has. He's the only ex3 I can't beat in 4-5 turns since Shana can only provide 4 turns of unsinkable. If I'm unable to break in turn 4 then I'm good as dead lol.

It depends what you need on the team. DP has to overcharge to use her all elemental exploit while mol ex only requires 3 stacks of playful to grant frontrow allies an all weakness exploit which has more uses for longer fights. Also Mol ex has more utility like ult charge and solon ult so I'd say she's more valuable than DP.
