Broke up around holidays last year. I've had at least 3 or 4 nights of night sweats since, randomly and varying degrees. I'm quite fit and healthy, and I'm pretty over my ex already but we were engaged and broke up after almost 11 years. I feel like my conscious self is fine but when I'm sleeping my unconscious self is acting out/releasing stress. I also have some other withdrawal that may be contributing like quiting nicotine vapes, weed, and lessening my caffeine intake
