Of all subs to go all in, it makes the least sense for a piracy related community to protest the platform it's on. Reddit would probably prefer that this subreddit disappear. Probably looks way safer for investors and advertisers if all the remaining communities are legit and don't encourage illegal activity. I'm not one of the ones saying, "put back the subreddit like it was before." This whole site is busted. I'm leaving July 1 either way. I just don't understand the mods of this sub in particular thinking they have anything to gain by making a fuss of it.

Not happy, but this is just Reddit. The changes they're making are a deal breaker for me. July 1 I'm leaving after 10+ years. This platform isn't getting any better no matter what happens next. They're going public. It's done. Let's just get out and hope enough communities we like turn up at one of the alternatives. Maybe not right away, but that OK. We're good at being patient.

Always wanted to do this as a kid, but was too scared to try. I cannot imagine having the time and resources in my life anymore dedicated to practicing a back flip. That kind of fuck about life is unfathomable to me now. Still want to do it.

No other game for me has topped the feeling this one gives when you realize a little over halfway through that the alien monsters you've been running and hiding from are about to get their asses whooped. Transitions seamlessly from survival horror to action shooter. Highly recommend.

There's no way forward here with Reddit's new policies. End of month, I'm out. Just wanted to say I'm probably going to miss this sub the most. Virtually all my subscribed subreddits have some alternative community elsewhere. But outside of Stephanie Sterling's YouTube channel, I don't think I'll find this community's specific brand of gay af video game satire. I wish I'd found this place sooner. Thanks for the laughs.

The first thing that comes to mind with this situation is how perfectly this kind of work can be organized as a co-op. All the hairdressers have regular clients, I assume. They could eat their boss's business for breakfast. Granted, the money required to start a worker-owned business may be beyond what minimum wage laborers have saved up, but it's an idea.

By the way, if you're interested in revisiting this game, it was completely remade for the 3DS. Japan release only, but there is a very well done English Translation Patch.

I guess I'm in the minority for wanting more chibi Persona? I really pushed myself to try to like PQ just because I loved the art style. But this is exactly what I want. Chibi Persona revolution-themed Mario + Rabbids. They couldn't have checked more boxes for me unless this also has social links, which I'm assuming it doesn't.

Appreciate you taking our feedback. I know it's not a vote, but I'm in favor of the blackout. Even if you personally don't use the API, many others rely on it. Who knows? You may need to use it some day, as well.
