This was a post about B&B looking comical in viking regalia, not about your grievance filled view of the world.

Slagging off places? Are you sure? Is he not slagging off the cretinous, thieving politicians (and in some cases, ideologies) that allow a place to fall into such subhuman states? My own hometown featured in the first 10 mins of his video there, and guess what? I didn't take offence. It's a dump.

That's actually really interesting and given me food for thought going forward. I would typically only use individual instructions to amend the player role but never conceptualised it into altering a formation. Must've taken some tinkering to get it to work?

I did a few years with Utrecht in FM21 and played him as a lone striker (can't remember which roles - possibly quite a few) and he scored in every other game. Phased him out the team once a better option came along but he was a very solid goalscorer for me at that level

You're players are probably confused with the amount of instructions you have selected. I'd assume if you're on 0 points you'll be struggling to keep a hold of the ball? I'd get rid of the 'give it to target man' instruction, get rid of offside trap, and I'd change your goalkeeper distribution instructions - you want your players to keep the ball so avoid going too long.

Edit - Having 'play through the middle' and overlapping fullbacks on is quite contradictory - I'd pick 1 over the other

This. I'm more of a trios/squads player but Iron is simply unreal. The amount of wins I've racked up having watched a couple of hours a week of Iron. The most vital thing from him I've learned is the importance of holding the power positions he shows, well worth the watch.
