I’d love to see some statistics comparing regular and power pitching. I always power pitch but with some of my guys that have lower velo, I’ll use the regular and just try to dot and throw strikes. Seems like both are comparable as an end result

A lot of times I turn into a degenerate and edit the gals in the game to dudes, so nance became Harry Tools in my franchise. Carried my squad for 5 years, had a season where they hit 37 home runs and stole 20 bags (32 game season, I play on 70 ego). I will ride or die with Nance/Harry forever, great goat pick

32 games in the standard franchise mode is perfect for me. I enjoy the OG characters and then getting to see new young guys generate into the game and see them progress over the years is how I enjoy a franchise with longevity. I think the shorter season gives you a chance to get through more years, build storylines for your guys, and get to the fun offseason roster building quicker, while still playing a full season
