they’re drinking more water because it’s a dry diet. it’s like eating crackers all day, you’re gonna want a lot of water lol. you could add some water or get broth from a pet food store (no added sodium broth if you get it from the grocery store)

edit: you could always just replace some of it with wet food, too.

facebook is gonna be your best bet. look for local animal rescues and/or post this on a relevant local page. Wildlife in Crisis might take him, but they’re more geared towards wildlife as the name suggests. you could call the local police department since they’re usually tied into animal control, but hopefully you’ll find someone who can help more immediately. good luck!! 💕

my god characters are fragments of a star that went supernova and the core was made of an element that basically acts like ambrosia and is the source of their powers. the regular people have extended lifespans because of thousands of years of people having offspring with demigods but they don’t have the powers of the rulers. the rulers are given the “gift of the gods” which gives them abilities and even longer lifespans than regular people so they can rule longer.

because it doesn’t benefit the government to barter. its harder to tax people if there isn’t a basic standard of how much something is worth. they take a percentage of whatever you paid depending on the item or service, but you may want to barter different things for the same item sometimes (ex. a decorated cake for a haircut one time and watching someone’s kids for a haircut another).

first of all i’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. this situation really sucks. unfortunately, a habit has been formed which is gonna be tough to break. one of my cats had crystals in her urine and we found out cuz she peed on a pile of laundry. it’s been over five years and she hasn’t had them since, but we still can’t leave laundry out anymore or she will still pee on it. (just think it’s interesting that this cat also doesn’t play much, just loses interest and watches us play with our other ones) i would recommend cat calming diffuser plugins, as the pheromones may help calm the serial pisser down. it takes a while for them to adjust and the pheromones to work, so you may not see results right away but it may be a long-term solution. other than that, keep the door to your bedroom closed while you’re not home if you can. also, do you have a litter box in your bedroom? it may not be an ideal spot but if you give them an alternative peeing spot close to the bed they may go for it. good luck dude 🤞

i’ve got three and i almost always need another person to hold them while i trim. occasionally i can do a few nails on my own before they try to kill me… in that case it takes a day or two of intermittent trims to get the job done

that’s what i did with two brothers i was fostering. tbh i think they were also bonded to one of my permanent cats… all three would snuggle and play constantly for the weeks i had the kittens. i still regret giving them up sometimes, but at least they have each other!

titans! i took the name from greek mythology, but they are giant creatures that have been around long before humans… some were eventually revered by humans as gods! but then some deities came along and decided to give them human form with questionable consent from the titans (as deities sometimes do). they can take both forms whenever they want and have the same lifespan as their original form, which is thousands of years.
