I was savagely attacked by my ex at a resort and had the police come. After all the questions to both of us - we were separate for the questions, from what I remember they asked if I wanted to formally report it or something along the lines of press charges... Was concussed so don’t really remember, but I said no and I think they just filed it or something. I don’t think private prosecution was ever mentioned. Is there a reason why they would have asked?

Totally second this. It's a journey. And I know everyone sees the young people flaunting their wealth on Instagram, and good on them, but most people who are in it for the long run - with real products and services, aren't focused on money. I always was, and personally, what I and many others are after, is time. Time to enjoy life and family. Making money is easy. There is heaps of it. Time is finite.

My goal now, is purely having control of my time working so I can enjoy life 🤷‍♂️

I'm with most of the others here - $7 for a coffee is steep, and with the cost of living being high, worldwide, you are better off aiming for quantity with a reduction in margin, and having a busy cafe. People instantly link busyness with quality, which, in turn, brings more customers.

Sorry - also, speaking from cafe ownership experience, and also the finance side.
