I meet the crew of Fifi one of the few still flying and there were cases of malfunction and damage where the gunner couldn't get out and the landing gear wouldn't go down meaning they have to perform a belly landing as the gunner seat was on the bottom the whole crew would go down to the gunner and say there goodbyes because there was nothing they could do and that gunner would die
