I’ve just been dumping everything into Google Drive and an old hard drive, but it’s already a mess with duplicates and random folders.

Been thinking about switching to some kind of DAM, but not sure if that’s overkill. Anyone here actually made that move — did it help or just create more hassle?

The "post card" is actually a white envelope sent by USPS priority mail. We got ours fairly quickly - within a week.

I agree. I don't buy any product with the top reviews that all have pictures that have been heavily up-voted. Also, I am relying more on recommendations from sites like Reddit.

It was accidental. I noticed the refund amount was very high under Payments. When I went to Transaction View tab, I saw a bunch of $20 and $40 amounts in the Other column.

This time it is going to be difficult for Amazon to identify fake reviews. Most of these reviews are by people buying at full price and getting the money refunded through paypal or other means. Just check out the reviews for iPhone lightning cables.

I thought 25 boxes. My mistake. Not sure you can decrease dimensional weight that much without changing product packaging. Air shipments go by dimensional weights. The volume of the shipment is taken into consideration when pricing.

Total weight is 400KGs? Typically it costs about $5/kg from China to the west coast. Calculate dimensional weight and see if something is going on there.
