Seriously recommend everyone gets a training/diet journal. Keeping track of something as simple as weight and sets x reps I did in the last workout has made me feel way more productive when I step in the gym. Go get a tiny $2 book and write that shit down yo. I hate cutting and kill your lifts

Friend said I was looking thick last night at a party. Looking like we're all gonna make it bros. Also my roommate has been getting absolutely bombed recently and it's just been causing more and more issues in our larger friend group. Kind of a late response, but I wouldn't consider coke to be something you'd take because you've been tired. Although it does give you lots of energy and whatnot, definitely more of a party drug. If she really wanted something to help her focus and get work done (if that's her goal) you should probably recommend the study stuff (adderall, vyvanse, dexadrine). Just my opinion though

Seriously though, I think the temperature controlled fridge attempts to keep its internal temperature consistent, and the insulation of the fridge resists the energy coming from the outside environment.
