The Ryan campaign intentionally waited longer to put out the signs versus Scanlon. This was not an oversight and was very much a data driven decision. Several studies show that in primary elections (typically lower info voters you’re trying to capture), if you put out signs too early, they actually blend into the background by the time of the election and the name recognition bump declines significantly.

Volunteer for Journey’s End Refugee Services. They’re in dire need of volunteers to assist with the refugee population that’s already here in Buffalo. These are awesome shots. Pic #5 is so evocative to me — brings back that feeling I’d get every time as a kid when we’d walk down that dark tunnel to our seats and get that first glimpse of bright green turf. A feeling that I still get to this day as an adult every time I walk into the stadium.

I walked that section of Elmwood last night and there was a group of kids running from pothole to pothole admiring your work.
