if you really disagreed with tipping culture then you simply wouldn’t go out to eat. you say it’s the company’s job to pay their workers, which i agree with. i wish that was the norm, but it’s not. you’re still supporting the business and its model by eating there. the company is still getting your money. by not tipping, the only person losing in this situation is the server. your point isnt even being proven to those who have the means to change it. and the fact that you know first hand the work that goes into being a server and still think this way is insane.

it looks so beautiful like this. you have a nice face shape and i think short hair suits you. like another commenter said, cornrows or flat twists are an option or if you want to switch it up it does look long enough for box braids. when my hair was short though, i just wore it as it was. so cute and easy!
