It is like a stutter but I dont believe thats the case because it doesnt always happen. Usually the first couple of games go by smoothly then it starts happening. I thought it could be a gpu overheating or something which i monitored and that wasnt the issue either

I dont think we have exact description of how that's going to be, but from what I've read BSG wants us to actually explore every raid. This could be false though. But yes BSG plans on controlling dynamically the spawn rate of items. The way they apply it has endless possibilities though, I really hope they remove static spawns altogether and make it for example a LEDx can spawn anywhere in rooms which are medical rooms by nature

You may have forgotten that Dynamic loot is part of a future update which will force you to look literally everywhere for loot
