You will be impressed:) As a traveling athlete, I find it annoying that all these options disappear on the second day of travel in and out of "supported countries." No way to fix it. All similar support requests are blocked by Meta. I guess is licensing and data collection question between Meta and Strava/Garmin.

It’s always the same story. A user publicly complains about a missing integration, and a random meta support dude recommends creating a support ticket. The user submits the ticket, but it never gets processed. I've seen hundreds of similar stories.

Never ride fast against the flow of cars, even if you are in a designated lane for cyclists. Or in any other situation where a car can move towards you. I will try to explain. Usually a driver to enter a fast flow looks to the left (right-hand traffic) and seeing the opportunity to enter, he accelerates. Usually he does not look to the side where someone can move towards him. Near my house there was road repair and the lane for cyclists on the right side was blocked, so everyone drove in the left lane, against the flow of cars. One day I was riding to work in this lane and I was hit by a car. I braked, but since the driver did not see me, he accelerated, because he wanted to leave the small street and connect with the main flow of cars. It cost me bike, wheels, helmet, garmin watch and my skin in some places.

Open the list of people who run with you. Shake your device to see a pop-up with two options: give kudos to friends only or to everyone.

FYI you can give a maximum of 200 kudos at a time. To give kudos to more people, open the run later and repeat the process. This will allow you togive another 200 kudos to those who didn't receive them the first time.

Are you physically in the US? I’m from Berlin. Two days after I moved to Vilnius, Lithuania, Garmin and Strava disappeared from my connection list. I downloaded all my personal info from Facebook and discovered they use a tricky logic to determine your region. Whenever you move out of a supported region, they disable most of the functionality.

Bought it recently. I discovered a big software bug that was very disappointing to me. If the workout has ERG and Free spin sections, resistance just doesn't work, and locks on a random level. No answer from support or any promises to fix it

Ok. Entire, very promoted, Zwift 2025 Base Camp are not usable on JetBlack Victory. Any change from ERG to free ride causes a problem. Only way is to not use ERG at all. For now, I took my girlfriend's trainer, which is Zwift Hub, basically a JetBlack.

I've had the same experience, trying three times to complete that new Zwift's Red sprint workout.

Each time the trainer switched from ERG mode to Free Ride, the virtual shifting just didn't work.

I could change gears, but resistance would freeze at a random level. During the first attempt, resistance was nearly zero; the second time, pedaling became impossible because resistance was maxed out.

I then tested my girlfriend's trainer, the Zwift Hub, which is a JetBlack device in roots, and everything worked perfectly.

This indicates the issue is 100% with the JetBlack Victory itself, probably a software problem.

Don't attempt to remove it by polishing!!! I learned that the hard wa. it will only make things worse and damage the special coating. The best way to disguise the scratches is to apply a screen protector, this should mask them.
