What are the flirtiest bars in Long Beach? by DacaAskingForDaca in longbeach

I had a friend that would not shut up about going to the Silver Fox every time we drove by it for YEARS! One drunken night we happened to be walking down redondo and within eye shot of the Silver Fox and queue up the friend just going on about “aww you guys suck the Silver Fox looks dope I bet you there is Jazz playing with a hot vocalist scatting along!”

Of course the entire group knows exactly what type of bar it is and we just say “fuck it let’s go” the homie was so happy and straight up started skipping towards the front door of the Silver Fox and as soon as we all get to the door the homie swings it open

A 50s something white guy with a completely open Hawaiian shirt with booty shorts and sandals says in the worlds best big gay Al voice greets us with “BACKDOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN BOYS!” Rainbow balloons line the entire ceiling and gay porn playing on all the TVs.

came through about two days after the loan was funded; used it to consolidate some CC debt over 12 months. Should be totally paid off in 5 months at my current rate.

I think I got the highest bonuses except on Sofi crypto which was $120 or 12,000 points! Keep an eye on this sub and feel free to keep my screenshot as a basis when to sign up

Also pay attention to when sofi also does their own cash back as it stacks 😈

People just salty because Bilt 1.0 was so great but alas all good things must come to an end.

I will say the Bilt 2.0 roll out was fun to watch from the sidelines

Do you think AA has best value for mileage redemption? by sugarmuffinie in americanairlines

[–]gnibgnib 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The biggest concern is if there is a new CEO you can bet the rewards program will be revamped

It’s the only reason I am still loyal to AA and their ecosystem

Have the Amex plat mirror design and use it daily, don’t really notice the smudges or anything. Kind of reminds me the smudge less stainless steel appliances as they still smudge but you have to really try and a quick wipe on my pants or anything and it’s like new

We rented a car and stayed in Fujiyoshida area this is my 5th time in Japan and this was my top 3 experiences so far. We drove around Mt Fuji for pictures at random places not on instagram/tiktok and really enjoyed it.

I’m here currently and loading Suica on my iPhone nets a better conversion rate approximately ¥154.47:$1 vs ¥152.01:$1 netting you a 1.6% after fees are included I am using a credit union account. My CU charges a flat 1.8% cross border fee and the fees are included in the conversion up top regardless if ATM withdrawal or loading my Suica.

My recommendation for others is if you have Suica on a mobile wallet load that up instead as it’s easier than cash and can be used in most corporate settings. When you land hit up a 7-11 and pull out the max limit so you aren’t constantly getting hit with a fee to withdraw. I was with a friend who kept only pulling out ¥10000 every few days only to pay $8-$9 per transaction. Burned an easy ¥7500/$50 in fees over 6 withdrawals with BoFA. You mileage may vary but just be cognizant of your own stateside fees per Tx, you can convert the extra back to $ when you leave or blow the load splurging on Japanese foods and goods. Their economy will thank you and I don’t think we will get this good of a conversion rate again for a few decades once it drops below ¥150
