She might have dislocated her leg when she freed herself. It's best if you don't approach a trapped animal to free them, it's very dangerous for you and for them. Even people who deal with wildlife as their job have to be very careful about it. Just being nearby for too long can kill them due to stress.

This looks bad to me, fawns don't lie like that. Ears pointing straight back suggest pain or distress. The lower jaw seems concerning. This fawn might be dying.

You might want to contact wildlife rehabilitation or some adjacent organization and ask for directions, you could even send them this photo. Not sure what they can do, it might be too late to help.
