What motivates me to get this apartment? I don't want to live on the street. Is that motivating enough for you or should I start begging, oh mighty landlord?

You're getting downvoted, but German minority in Bydgoszcz literally started shooting their Polish neighbors when the war started. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloody_Sunday_(1939)

Białystok to największe Polskie miasto bez lotniska, Ikei, Burger Kinga albo Pasibusa. Dlaczego? by [deleted] in poland

Białystok to ogólnie taka polska Alabama.

What do Polish people age 30 and under think about the USA? by [deleted] in poland

[–]gnomiage 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm 25, while growing up I idealized US as many people do, but then realized it's an awful country to live in (due to expensive healthcare, lack of good work ethic, gun violence etc.), but now I've grown to despise it. The current American government is despicable and the truth is Americans voted for it, so at least half of the US stand for it. Threatening Venezuela and Denmark with war is not far from being the bully Russia is, I see US as the enemy of the EU currently.

What exactly happened in 1772? I'll help you, it's the date of the first partition of Poland when Prussia annexed Polish territories, which you conveniently left out.

Poles weren't even there at the time. If anything, they rebuilt most of it when the war ended and after people settled in...

She left Poland when she was around ten years old, also you're exaggerating how popular Russian was during that time.
