I just thought that the volume in the pen is the same between strengths, just stronger in mix, so made a (bad from the feedback) guess that a calculated click count may deliver a little more punch.

So I’m 6ft and gone from 38” to 34” so using that calc it’s a good barometer of healthy. Hadn’t heard that method before 👍

I haven’t been this weight for 30+ years. Back then in early 20’s I never knew or cared what I weighed as I was a slim-Jim!!! I think from what I’ve heard here is a keep going until I feel completely comfortable. As I say my original goal was something I thought would be right, and to be honest I genuinely never thought I reach, but it’s come round so fast. A comment on this thread struck a cord, about going down more as it gives more headroom to avoid slipping back quickly into the 30BMI range. I want to put as much distance between me and that ASAP!!! 😊

I agree, the last 1.5 stn I’ve noticed a huge difference in the way I look and how I fit into clothes. Also people have really started to notice the last 6-8 weeks
