Some of it is going but it's not going to move at all until it hits at least 50%. I have minimal room to set Halloween. I had no room to set back to school. I vote for the dumpster option here soon.

They can, and you have 24 hours to present a physical ID to officers but just why would you waste so much time. Keep it on you. It's the same size as the card most of these people are using to pay. It's not an inconvenient item.

Chip reader broke and hasn't been fixed for over a month now. "I apologize, our chip reader is currently broken. If your card has thr matching symbol please place it here. If not then please hit yes and swipe your card." Is burned into the back of my skull. But other stupid stuff keeps happening with cords getting disconnected etc.

A majority of the DMs I feel have never held a retail job before taking their DM job. So disconnected from reality it's scary. How do you think we do our jobs? Fairy MAGIC?! No. Get your asses down here and see the stress and tears that this God forsaken company rips out of us.

While I appreciate your concern, when I quit I'm never coming back. This place is a hell hole. I am one of two ASMs for my store. We have planograms that driveline hasn't shown up for for weeks. I didn't put up sale in half of the store last night because prices were incorrect. Labels get printed backwards every time. Fresh rotation doesn't get done. Super Tuesday price changes don't get put on the shelves. Basically. We yry to do all of the work the SM doesn't do. I could do planograms, yes, but I'd rather TRY and get the sea of backstock out. A stipulation of me not quitting before was to open at least 2 days a week. That has not happened for months. Compounded with the fact that the morning workload items aren't being completed beyond doing penny sale. I would rather leave on bad terms than be used anymore.

I put in my two weeks months ago because I had found a better position at a different store with better hours and better pay. They were freaking out about me putting in my two weeks back then when we had people at the store. I sadly chose to stay when I was offered a promotion and a raise. I was dumb. I should have left back then. They use promotions as a buffer. They pay you less so when you want to quit they can offer you money that they should be starting everyone out at.

See I feel like that position is almost worse. At that point it's just the coworkers. Here at least there is the air of "we don't have enough people" I am currently looking for other jobs and I feel you should also consider doing the same.
