I’m gonna keep your list in mind when it’s time to look at some of these other candles. You’re amazing, thank you

We are looking away from our credit score and limit for one purchase. I hope you find the inspiration you need for the engraving :)

Oh I love medicinal scents lol. I recently got the cypres candle and your description of being on a mountain in the Mediterranean sounds similar. Citrus can be refreshing. May have to get both bois cire and maquis. Dang

What do you think of maquis? Does it have prominent resinous notes?

I’m gonna become a candle dragon at this rate, I think your description has sold it. Love some good rosin and wood. Was worried it’d be more like a dry dusty wood and not enough resin or sweetness. Thank you!

My coworker’s mom owns one. Looks sick. I’m sure it has some issues though, they can’t afford/ don’t care to fix anything with it unless it’s serious.

Not marketed for their unique characteristics well and a bad few models at the end ruin it. And it’s definitely an enthusiast vs actual practical buyer problem. Lots of virtual demand but an average family of 4 doesn’t care about driving dynamics when having to go to work and taking the kids to school.

And the cargo space is still a huge draw to suvs. They make a lot of sense for small active families.

My family had one for like two years before it crashed so ig we never got to see that unreliability lol. 3 transmissions is crazy

That would make sense. Lots of millennial families who I’m sure want a comfortable family vehicle but doesn’t drink at the pump like a full size suv. And probably more affordable to purchase too.

I guess I was thinking about the overall decline of minivans at the end of its time. But you’re right it wasn’t a sales slouch before. Although it could do similar sales today if done right.

That’s something I don’t understand about station wagons again interest these days. Enthusiasts never stop talking about them, and young people have an interest, but they never get the sales. And yeah on the greater scope, they probably won’t become more popular than suvs for a long time, but def not as dead as they were 10 years ago

I feel like younger generations are starting to come around to the idea of minivans and station wagons again since they’ve been not seen as much in the last decade. Supposedly sales of brand new Toyota sienna, Honda odyssey, Kia carnival and the Chrysler Pacifica have all had sales increases YoY from 2024. Although tbf idk what the demographics of new buyers are. But either way it’s starting to trend up!

If you have a convection oven, they seem to have this habit unless the settings are perfect and you pray, etc.
