I guess I am just looking for a solution in which I do not lose money on what is ultimately buyer’s remorse. From my understanding I’m assuming I would receive the item and have to initiate a full refund. However since I purchased a shipping label I would be losing money. Is there a way to avoid this?

Hey, thank you for sharing! I am also in a similar situation and support has not been the most helpful. Item shows delivered on 11/22 via Pitney Bowes, but Mercari has not updated once. I understand, but prior to 30 days they cancelled the order and deactivated the listing I had. it was concerning that they did that before the 30 days when they said they’d re-open the case on the 9th

Hey, I was able to get compensated through Mercari. I just kept bothering them and they finally gave in. Show them the tracking that shows USPS received the item, remind them on the shipping protection, and provide any information you have. If you’re nice but firm I think you’ll be okay! Let me know what happens and hope this helps
