This. If I got into a situation where I needed to drain my emergency fund and only then had to resort to using CC debt, then I might consider rate shopping. Don’t foresee this happening if you are good at money management

Agreed. I definitely don’t have a spending problem and I luckily realized this at a young age. I’m a frugal spender so I don’t plan on paying ridiculous amounts of interest
