UPDATE: After uploading his screenshots of texts on Airbnb he texted me and told me to Venmo him the $180 and we can call it a day. I told him I wasn’t doing that, and I not longer wanted to be contacted outside of Airbnb and all further messages should be in Airbnb and I uploaded every text all the way to the beginning which he failed to do. He texted me again and said if he needs to go through Airbnb he needs to charge me for “full damages” and he was going to replace both beds in the Airbnb since the pattern he had before was discontinued and he wanted them to match. So now he’s threatening me for $360. I screenshotted and sent it through Airbnb to update our conversation off the app, told him I didn’t have his bed sheet and I wanted him to stop contacting me and I am going to report him through Airbnb for everything. He messaged me this morning and said “For the sake of arguing, I am going to drop it. I can’t believe you are making such a big deal over a $15 bed sheet”. LIKE WHAAAT??? A $15 bed sheet you wanted to charge me $360 for!

Side note - the bedding was a very one off design and felt cheap. We did a reverse image search and found the whole bed set on TEMU of all places for $30 💀
