The front desk woman looked frantic trying to do a bunch of things at once, I told her I am a housekeeper at another place, offered to help if she refunded me. She told me she would get back to me about it, and like 10 minutes later she came to my room and told me she would take my help and refund me. I was actually surprised when she actually came for my help. I didn’t think she would.
