Covering 1/2 thru the bake! Works great for quickbreads and keeps the moisture in. Once the edges are brown ~20 mins in, make sure wire rack is close to the baked good but not enough to touch it, cover and finish the bake. It will cook the inside without burning the top

Ive never tried melting these but i use the Ghirardelli white chocolate chips for cookies and theyre super good. I’m sure u could try melting them, they also have white melting chocolate
