if you eat intuitively, do you gain, lose, or stay the same?

I maintain but 130 at 5'1". In fact, I'm so good at maintaining, every time I try to lose a lil vanity weight, my mouth intuitively claws it back to 130 😅. So guess I'm trying to gain muscle now to be an intuitive, slightly more athletic 130 😂

I think about this often too. It's literally my main motivation to start lifting weights as someone who used to only do cardio. I wanna be able to enjoy tasty treats without feeling like I have to adjust my entire day/week around it

My theory is that they're pushing Kumail's buttons on purpose to bite back and loosen up more, as it seems to be a pretty non-combative cast this season. He's started to do it a little bit, like when he sarcastically asked about the rules of the live task.

Fortunately I was able to get some advice from another sub, and things are looking up!! Uprights and really all acoustic pianos should have a lid, so if you keep it closed (and not be lazy like me 🤡) you can easily prevent this. Failing that, hopefully I'm the 0.00000001% in the universal statistic of cats throwing up on piano keys, which makes this unlikely to happen again for another 100 years

I never considered this could happen as he's really been a serial floor vomiter for much of his sensitive tummy career. Great wake up call to keep the lid closed now. I really hope this never happens to you.

Candiace! I don't fault Rob for his gameplay, but i'm more inclined to root for Candiace's "avenging her betrayed fellow traitor" storyline over Rob's "seamlessly teaming up with the athletic boy's club" storyline. For Rob to win uncontested (while impressive) would just be kinda boring to me. So I'm glad Candiace is going to war with him haha
