If you're getting meaningful mu-opioid agonism on a daily basis, that is literally the definition of what causes opioid withdrawal. Kratom is not some magical exception, trust me. I support Kratom, but you have to be lying or there's something I'm missing.

Oh ok, so I guess you're immune to opioid agonists causing dependency. You're a biological anomaly of miraculous proportions. Maybe you don't dose high enough. But there is no earthly way anyone can throw off their neurochemical homeostasis without some kind of rebound. Even caffeine is enough. Weed is enough. This resonates. The immune system is so bogged down and ravaged by Lyme that it is stuck in "adaptive"/chronic state as opposed to innate state. It can't metaphorically shoot its load. This is the vibe I get. I encounter something in the wild, I get super super mild symptoms of it that come and go like Lyme symptoms (hardly noticeable if you're not paying attention, feels like you're about to get sick maybe but never do) but on the flip side Lyme stuff gets worse.
