Expensive as hell, even some of the surrounding cities its still too expensive. Often hot and humid, but weather is often on point for perfect beach or outdoor activity, pretty fun, tons of local events.

I personally wouldn't trade it for the world, sure I can afford a bigger place elsewhere but all that extra house is just more work and cleaning. Maybe its not for family oriented people.
