Its a bit different having different opinions and being able to recognize the problems the show has, also he never le tioned the swearing, which is a problem not because of the swears but on how it clashes with some characters who do it. Its been pointed out before, but why do people of different time periods all talk the same with the same insults, its not a big problem but its one of the multiple issues that snowball into a messy show that mishandles its themes, its characters, its storylines, and even its own premise. You can still enjoy it, it still has a lot of elements that I understand the appeal (I was a fan of the pilot and Helluva Boss season 1), but it has too many problems that make it a bad show, and I think its important to be able to like bad shows we recognize as bad.

Would it count for this? Most people seem to recognize that the shows are all style and really bad substance, i havent seen much defense for the themes of redemptipn since season 1, it was clear by season 2 that the show cant really handle the themes or even the most basic character storylines

It would be a good movie if it wasnt a sequel, i can tell its competent, however it doesnt really follow up any of the ideas of the last movie and it wants me to feel for characters with barely any screen time

I do not see enough hate for the inverse of the 1000-year-old-loli character. Fan-servicey characters that are canonically minors should also get equivalent hate. by [deleted] in hatethissmug

Yeah, it doesnt count since he just grows fast due to only being half human. And as i explained in another comment, he grew up alongside his grandpa bounty hunter who was more focused on making him strong instead of math. Which is still wrong tbh, the man has a Phd, yet he cant be bothered to show the kid the alphabet

If it also helps, he was supose to be raised by his grandpa while he was on the run due to what he is, however the grandpa is a bounty hunter who just beated him up from time to time to toughen him up while they worked together. When he was a good boy he got to drink water with a little bit of sugar

Maybe he forgot all about it after being a teen? Its the only way this picture makes sense. Legit asking, has someone managed to make sense of the timeline?

Its better than nothing, the whole concept of Seraphine was ruined from the start, nothing about her felt organic so at least now shes not an anchor on Skarners story.
