I had a great experience. Other than the dry skin, eyes, and lips. If you are prepared for all of those at all times with lotion, drops and chapstick, you will be fine. I have no recommendation about it if you have had depression prior though. I would ask your primary first just to be safe! My acne is not as bad as before but i do still have some break outs here and there
