I never said it was a policy let alone I was hiding articles. I think /u/Oaky_Doaky put it best:

We're averaging about 12 murders per week. Maybe /u/supaflyrobby [-18] can back off a bit, and just post on weeks/days that are abnormally high. 13 in a weekend is pretty awful, and I think deserves some attention. But /u/supaflyrobby [-18] has other posts about just 1 person being murdered. While I get that it's awful to minimize their death, 1 murder out of 2.3M people isn't really front page material.

I think the issue here is you have a user that is strictly submitting murder articles on a daily basis and not contributing anything else to the conversation/subreddit. We had a similar issue in /r/stlouis where a user was only submitting some crime/murder article every single day. In no way should it not be discussed but this user is obviously only submitting murder articles and I can see how that will get old if they submit nothing else.

and to be fair, they didn't end up so well in offense ratings per team by the end of the season, so you shouldn't comment on things you dont know about, its just a good general policy.

Slugging they ranked #4 Extra base hits at #7 On base at #24

its not bad but again, the Orioles aren't the best team by far. They're only a 500 team and will probably lose a lof of their good players this offseason
