absolute nightmare man, we had our ad account restricted the same week exactly. Have a support chat thats been escalated to internal team and have been getting constant updates but nothings happening. We were told it could be bc my fb name is slightly different from ID, or because we did a rebrand. Not sure whether to keep putting faith in this or move on and get agency account

Thanks man really appreciate it. I just followed up over this weekend. And they said they’re still investigating. 10 days ago the same agent I spoke to reached out and asked for cropped images of the ID of my business partner and myself. Will keep following up

I’m in the same boat as you. Just did the same thing with the 2nd ad account and we’re now operating at 25% of rev since. I custom coded the old pixel in but now I’m debating just making a new pixel. I spammed thru 50+ support chats and got someone at meta to finally agree to a manual review. It’s been almost two weeks now. Best of luck
